Lexicon Relocation Recognized for Outstanding Client-Supplier Partnership
LONDON, UK (May 10, 2018) – Lexicon® Relocation, a subsidiary of The Suddath® Companies, won Outstanding HR & Supplier Partnership at the 2018 Relocate Awards. This recognition is a testament to the strong relationship the full-scale relocation company built with its client CDK Global.
Relocate Global, a leading multimedia publisher for the relocation industry, chose Lexicon as the recipient out of a multitude of entries by suppliers of global mobility services. The Relocate Awards, recognized globally as the industry’s most prestigious awards, are held annually to celebrate the contribution of relocation to business and recognize excellence and best practice.
CDK Global, a UK-based leader in automotive marketing and IT, partnered with Lexicon to meet its growing global mobility needs and manage multiple expatriate policies. After managing its global mobility program in-house for several years, the company fully outsourced its program to Lexicon. The relocation company streamlined CDK’s global mobility program by creating flexible policies that increased compliance and alleviated the administrative burden of managing multiple policies on in-house mobility professionals. This allowed CDK staff to focus on employee retention and improving relocating employees’ experience.
“Lexicon has been excellent in understanding our requirements and supporting our business to meet our future needs,” Alicia Cadogan-Wilson, Global Mobility Manager, CDK Global, said. “Their service to date has been of a high standard and I see them as a relocation partner, rather than a relocation provider.”
On May 10, 2018, Lexicon was presented with the award during the awards gala dinner at The Underglobe at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. Stuart Jackson, Sterling Mobility Account Director; Helen Grierson-Shea, Lexicon Relocation Director Client Services; and Richard Lucas, Lexicon Relocation Director Business Development in EMEA, accepted the award on Lexicon’s behalf.
“To win this particular award is extremely gratifying as it acts as testimony to the hard work and fantastic levels of service our teams strive to deliver to our clients,” Lexicon Vice President of Client Services, Managing Director EMEA, Damon Ward, said. “The award demonstrates the highly collaborative and proactive approach we take in managing our clients’ programs.”
