Overall, the coordinator was great and the teams were friendly. One thing we did notice though was we requested to have our same crew that packed our house also unpack our home. That request wasn’t met so that kind of stunk. Since the new team hadnt packed the boxes, it ended up a bit scattered throughout the house because they had less idea where the stuff came from like which room/how it was originally organized. Plus we really liked the team that packed our home so we were a bit bummed they didn’t get to finish out our move. Shoutout to Naldo, Larry, Gary and Jose for their work and kindness to our family while packing our home! Request these guys for friendly and detailed packing. They wrapped very protectively and also were courteous of our needs while moving. And just overall a personable and friendly team.
