This was my first time with a moving company, we relocated two of our offices. Philip De Noto was the commercial executive sales representative that worked with me. He was outstanding and extremely helpful. I never had the need to call him, he was always following up with me. He went above and beyond for me. Philip not only gave me a proposal, but also a great customer service. He also sent me a super crew, Tim and Andy. Always ask for them. They did an excellent job, they care not only about the job, they care about the client 100%. Tim and his crew are the best. They were extremely professional and paid extra attention to my delicate items. After packing, they transported my entire home to our new location and moved us in quickly. We are a working manufacturing plant that moved during our busiest season. We met with Austin from Suddath to see what options we had to keep manufacturing and moving into our new location at the same time. He walked our plant and came up with a plan and he came back the same day with his supervisor to make sure the plan was the right plan. He had a proposal to us within 2 days and he was thorough and understood our needs. Scarlett came on as the moving coordinator and gave us the full plan and worked with us when we had to change the plan. Of course there were hiccups, what move doesn’t. What mattered to us was how they were handled and in a very timely manner. Austin and his team made sure we could do our jobs while they did theirs. The move took several days and Austin stopped in several times to make sure things were going right and he came in the last day to make sure we were happy with the move and to see if we had any concerns. If you are looking to move and need it done right we do highly recommend Suddath to move you.

The Orlando City Hall renovated their Wellness Center – Suddath assisted with the moving of the exercise equipment in/out and they performed their job brilliantly. Warren Owens (Suddath Crew Supervisor) ensured that everything was properly coordinated (Trucks, manpower, protection of the building and equipment and the safety of the crew) he was a very nice gentleman and a pleasure to work with.
