Suddath’s sustainability program is designed to increase energy efficiencies, decrease waste and ensure that we are responsible stewards for the environments where we do business. It comprises strategies across a wide range of areas, including sustainable packing materials, use of green products and reductions in assets and emissions.
Community Development Program
Our community development program integrates social concerns into our overall business strategy and operations. We have built strategic partnership with organizations to address issues that are related to the moving and logistics industry, including homelessness, veterans’ affairs, human trafficking and more.
We believe that the only way to keep moving forward is to continually learn, grow and develop. That’s why we offer education assistance to our employees, such as scholarships for our drivers and college tuition for graduating high school seniors of current employees.
Disaster Relief Program
With a large presence in the southeastern U.S., we understand first-hand the impact of natural disasters, such as hurricanes. Through our disaster relief program, we ensure that our employees, customers and communities are taken care of, even dispatching our Suddath Emergency Response Unit to distribute emergency supplies to those in need.
