Suddath helped my elderly aunt move from her home of 50 years from Maryland to West Palm Beach, FL. As you can imagine, it was an emotional move. However, the team in Maryland did an awesome job of packing and protecting all her memories and belongings, keeping her comforted and informed on the process the whole way. In Florida, my aunt needed storage for about 6 months first. The Deerfield, Florida, office did the delivery from the storage to the final home. That team was also outstanding. The crew was very patient while items were coming into the home so she wouldn't feel too overwhelmed. Everything was delivered, with no damages. She was extremely happy with the move. This was my first time hiring movers to relocate my belongings from Minnesota to Georgia. I contacted 4-5 moving companies and received various quotes and delivery time estimates. Suddath provided the most competitive pricing, and their estimated delivery time was just two weeks. My relocation coordinator, Stephen Garza, conducted a virtual walkthrough of my apartment and provided an accurate quote. He was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring a smooth process. My moving coordinator, Caroline Ziegmann, kept me well-informed about the loading and unloading schedule, as well as the delivery timeline. The loading team, Doug Neubauer and Brent Johnson, were outstanding. They contacted me the day before the move to coordinate the schedule, arrived on time, and efficiently completed the loading process within two hours. They ensured that all my belongings were securely wrapped, boxed, and handled with care. Similarly, my unloading team, Audie and Otis, provided excellent service. They called me a few hours before arriving, unloaded everything within two hours, and assembled the necessary items. Although there was a slight delay in their estimated arrival time, they communicated well and kept me updated. Overall, my experience with Suddath was exceptional. None of my belongings were damaged (I packed them myself), nothing was lost, and my items were delivered much earlier than expected. I truly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of the entire team—thank you!

I am very pleased with Suddath Moving and Storage. I recently contacted them for a long distance move however changed it to a local move as well as the move dates.
