    I was really impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the moving crews. Additionally, I had two contacts that I could use if I had any problems. They Responded quickly, even on the weekend. I would highly recommend Suddath!

    I had to have the contents from my fairly full 15X20′ storage unit in Florida moved to Texas. I had already boxed and wrapped 90% so the task was mainly load, transport and unload. Another detail worth mentioning is I wouldn’t be in FL in person. I had taken fairly thorough photos of the contents to enable moving estimates. And the storage manager acted on my behalf to allow access upon pick up. Looking online I saw a lot of horror stories with brokers and belongings held hostage for surprise price increases upon delivery. I decided to stick with big names and got quotes from a handful. Contacting Atlas Van Lines, I was put in contact with Joseph Biasatti and we went over the contents and I supplied him with the pictures. The other companies gave fairly high estimates – they seemed to be quoting me estimates based on assumptions of more packing than was needed and/or large furniture pieces that I didn’t have. Anyway, Joseph gave a very reasonable quote by comparison and I locked in. Communication with the coordinator, Kathy Cofer was easy. Delivery time happened about the middle of the month long window. Alejandro and his two fellow movers at the drop off were careful, fast, thorough and finished in about 3 hours. We ran through each and every tagged item on the checklist – about 140 – to ensure nothing had been lost in transit. Overall it was a good experience and I’d highly recommend Atlas and Suddath.

    My move was seamless, excellent and frequent communication from Jennifer and her team. Movers were professional and quick, particularly packing and loading me in less than a day. Only had one claim for a broken item and it was resolved and paid for satisfactorily in a day. I would highly recommend them!

They arrived on time, worked with impressive speed, and had the first two trucks at the new location within just three hours of their initial arrival. Lawrence ensured clear and effective communication throughout the entire move, consistently checking in with me to confirm the placement of items, which significantly minimized any post-move adjustments on my end. Carlos and the IT crew also deserve high praise for their meticulous attention to detail. They not only ensured that all computers were set up in their correct locations but also took the extra step of hooking them up, verifying their functionality, and even wiping them down for cleanliness before the end users arrive. Their thoroughness and professionalism did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated. Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to Juan and Keith, both of whom played a crucial role in making this move as smooth as possible. Keith, in particular, took great care in setting up the industrial shelving in our library exactly to my specifications. The team as a whole exhibited remarkable patience and flexibility, willingly making adjustments when I requested changes after certain items had already been placed – all without a single complaint. Their willingness to go above and beyond speaks volumes about their work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
