    Long-distance Moving

    From start to finish the folks at Suddath made our move a breeze. Virtual survey with photos, clear communication throughout, on time departure and early delivery with no damage to any of our property or furniture. We packed ourselves but the care they took with our furniture leads me to believe they would do an excellent job with white glove service too. Randy did a great job with the virtual survey and getting us booked. Very responsive to questions and made the process smooth and easy. The rate they gave me was the lowest of 6 companies by several thousands of dollars for a cross country (18 hour) move and they did an excellent job.

    This was our first non-military paid move. The Army moved our family 13 times in 28 years. All of these moves were completely coordinated by an Army move coordinator. So, I did my homework and worked with three different moving companies in an effort to find the best fit for the recent move. Suddath was the best value for money regarding the total cost of the move. More importantly, from start to finish Suddath representatives were always available 24/7 if I had any questions. We were assigned an assistant that explained each step fully, very transparent. No hidden charges. In fact, we received a refund once the shipment was officially weighed. The estimate and the true weight were extremely close to one another. A shout out to the truck drivers and the additional crew that packed and unpacked our household goods. Everyone was very professional, caring and easy to communicate with. Nothing was missing or broken after we completed unpacking. This was a wonderful experience and I would use them again without question. Randy Scharpen conducted our virtual walk through of our home in order to estimate the cost of total move. He worked with us on meeting our price by providing cost saving options to make the move affordable. Randy was not a “pushy salesman”, he let the product sell its self. Randy was friendly and very professional while finalizing the details of our move. I must say, the full transparency of all of the costs and the assurance there would not be any “bait and switch” occurring during the move really gave us peace of mind.

    I 100% recommend using Doug, Brent and Graham!! They contacted me the day before they came, ensured that the location was correct and made sure the I was aware of the timeframe that they would be coming. Upon arrival, they were organized, efficient and willing to accommodate where I wanted certain things. Boxes were labeled correctly and all pieces of my furniture were covered in plastic. They are also pretty funny which is a huge win for me!! Again, I recommend them 100%! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about them!!

    Carrie and her team were great. She was very professional and welcoming from the beginning and answered all of my questions. She was also very helpful when we said we had a narrow window for delivery and she was able to find a solution for us. She was thorough and explained everything! I had a great experience with Suddath. From the get go, they made me comfortable and were very professional. I felt like they treated me as an individual and took care of me and my family knowing that we were putting our whole household in their hands. Yana and Carrie were my main points of contact with Suddath and Chad was our driver. Chad did a great job keeping us updated on his arrival time and when our stuff would be delivered. I definitely trusted him and would love to have him again as our driver! He had a plan with loading day and directed everyone. Unloading was also a smooth process! All around, very happy with our move. No broken items or issues with the process. We move regularly, so I will be looking to them for future moves! Would definitely recommend!

    International Home Moving

    Overall, our international move was a nightmare. The only exception to all the issues would be Doug’s Moving Crew! Doug and Graham managed to unload, unpack, reassemble, and clean up in record time. Not only were they fast, but they were friendly. My overall experience did not go smoothly, but these two men made the move in process pain free. I highly recommend them for any moving job.
