Jacksonville Fla. (February 3, 2023) – Suddath®, a leading logistics, transportation and relocation company, today announced it passed its BSI Quality Management System (QMS) audit to maintain its ISO 9001:2015 certification for business entity, Suddath International.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the gold standard for customer service and is recognized globally across the supply chain industry. This recertification indicates that Suddath International’s Quality Management System complies regarding the customer service processes related to international moving, U.S. moving and nongovernmental organization (NGO) services.
Originally registered and certified in 2011, Suddath International improved upon its two minor corrective actions to recertify. The certificate is focused on the operations site regarding anything that moves internationally, also known as our legacy Sentry business. The auditor was on-site at our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, for three full days.
“Recertifying with this longstanding auditing body with minimal minors found is an achievement to be proud of,” said Peter Bowsher, Director, International Business Development & Client Services. “Given how stringent the ISO standard is, this is quite an accomplishment that could not have been attained without the full engagement of our Suddath International team.”
