Averaging 10 years in the relocation industry, account managers are there to ensure visibility and transparency into your overall program performance. They are there to make proactive decisions, provide you with critical insights, support service delivery needs and ensure our team is meeting performance goals.
Move Coordinators and Counselors
Suddath move coordinators and counselors are required to have thorough knowledge of moving processes, regulations, rules and practices and undergo extensive training to maximize effectiveness in their new positions.
Our customer service teams are fully certified through Suddath’s proprietary E=MC2 certification program (Excellence = Move Coordinator Certification). This program requires the completion of courses in moving fundamentals, soft skills, communication protocol and other industry specific classes along with a minimum of returned surveys that meet satisfactory achievement levels.
