These accomplished individuals have deep knowledge of moving processes, regulations, rules and practices. They are trained, mentored and audited for performance, and many are Certified Relocation Professionals (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialists (GMS). Our international move counselors have personal experience living abroad and are often fluent in multiple languages.

 

Corporate Client Advisors

Those who provide direct consultation to organizational leaders have not just on-the-job experience but formal CRP, GMS or other qualifications. Many are also active participants in the Employee Relocation Council and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

 

Warehouse Personnel

Our dedicated corporate training division has regularly scheduled instruction to review and train on proper methods of handling household and commercial goods.

 

Field Personnel

Our commitment to quality extends throughout our organization to all van operators, helpers and packers, who are required to complete 25 hours of classroom training and 256 field hours of mentored training. They attend intense workshops that focus on safety issues, industry changes and innovative move techniques. Our office and commercial moving experts are International Office Moving Institute (IOMI®)-certified and our international organization is ISO 9001 certified.
