Joe and Chris crushed it. Communication throughout the process was top notch. They were friendly and courteous on both ends of the move. Constantly updated through your the move making it effortless on the receiving end with a timely delivery on day #1 of our window which of course was awesome. The packing was professional, well wrapped and labeled with 0 damage or loss. I’ve moved cross country multiple times and this company and these guys were the best. Thanks very much for the job well done and the laughs. You guys are funny and made a stressful move a little more fun. If you get Joe and Chris for your move, you’re in great hands. Leslie was checking in on every step of the move. We knew we were in good hands from day #1 with inspection, scheduling, third party! Thanks very much Leslie for taking such great care of us.

I had Victoria Kaczynski and Kathleen Irby as my account coordinator and relocation consultant, respectively, and they were both wonderful. I was really impressed with how much detail and effort they both put in, especially because my move was on short notice and in a tight schedule. The process was extremely smooth, thorough, and professional. Communication was quick and they were both very responsive. I never had to ask twice or wait long for a response, and they initiated all of the communication. Kathleen was so nice and genuinely cared about the move/was engaged and happy to take as much time as I needed for my questions. She shared a ton of info about the area I was living & her recommendations on where to live/not to live, which was useful because she had lived in Atlanta before. She made sure I knew of every service available to me, so that I could benefit & my move could be as smooth as possible. Victoria was super well organized, proactive, and on top of everything, and everything went without a hitch. She was also incredibly nice–there where a few times that it unexpectedly cheered up my day when I would have to call for a question & she was just so pleasant. The cargo movers / craters were also personable, efficient, and careful, and did a great job & were all super friendly. Overall, the process was really impressive, and made it as easy as a move could be. There was a ton of attention to detail & the relocation process was set up in a way that it was easy to understand.
