One of the nation’s leading healthcare providers wanted to update the style of their office furniture to a more modern design. It was extremely important that their working spaces didn’t have that “white coat” feel that patients sometimes experience when they are in a healthcare facility. With multiple new locations set to open in a short timeframe, they wanted a furniture solutions provider who could provide a modern, welcoming environment for patients while still meeting aggressive timelines and budgets across 8 new locations in two different states.

When architects unexpectedly called with structural changes, our team was quick to respond and re-draft designs to accommodate the new changes. We worked closely with construction crews to manage delays and keep the design team on task with the modified timeline. Our installation and design plan included workstations, patient rooms, conference rooms and breakrooms. Our experience in space and furniture planning and our relationship with our furniture manufacturers gave us the ability to give our client the look and feel they wanted while keeping their costs low.
