The worst experience I've ever had with a removalist company. They lost three boxes, one of which contained my parents' ashes. Inventory was mislabelled and furniture damaged beyond repair. Use this company at your own risk.
High cost and time required.
When you spend upwards of six to seven thousand dollars to move overseas, you expect professionalism from start to finish as well as a feeling that the work and most importantly the time is being handled by those you are paying. Although everyone I worked with at Suddath were always kind and never rude, the effort that was required on our end to get our belongings from point A to point B seemed fairly equivalent to doing it ourselves. On top of the experience, the company they hired to pack and ship our belongings missed entire cabinets worth of cups, glasses and flatware along with some miscellaneous items in our living room.
Long story short, we will not be utilizing their services during our next move.
Kate Miley was my move coordinator and throughout the process she was exceptionally professional and responsive and a pleasure to work with. She continually reached out to me by both email and phone to ensure I had all the details of the move and that I knew when and where the movers would be and what was required of me. My furniture ended up getting delayed, but Kate was in contact with me providing updates and working on my behalf. Moving is never a great experience, but Kate made this as good as it could be and I know things would have been much worse off without her.
He did a great job of moving our things and also packing them. He was polite and knew what he was talking about the whole time. He kept us included through every step of the way and it was a pleasure to have him help us.
We are pleased with Suddath. They were attentive to our needs. I don’t know where the break down occurred but it seems some of our stuff is missing. Not sure that is Suddath’s fault.

I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of the entire process. (Even with the 10 month wait as we were processing the visa.)
Everything arrived intact and in good shape.
It took forever to get an appointment and receive responses to requests and questions. Only a small fraction of the stuff was delivered, the rest was delivered after complains with several months of delay (delivery took 5 months in total, I had to buy extra stuff in the meanwhile). Workers of the delivery company in the country of arrival complained about boxes that were too heavily packed. - I cannot recommend this company.

I move from Puerto Rico to Virginia and the service provided by Suddath was amazing. A very professional and courteous crew that arrived on time, did my packing and unpacking. I highly recommend them!

Packing of our personal effects was done in a professional and efficient manner. Much care and attention were given when the packing process was being undertaken. Courtesy was were inante with packers and they were respectful when clarifying concerns about things being pack.
Walter's crew was great - arrived on time, were in and out quickly, and cleaned up well when they left. Thank you!

Thank you to Agent #446, lead by Joyce, Reggie and Elliott. They were on-time, professional and wrapped and packed all items accordingly. All items that were disassembled were labelled into a box and hand written with location of where they came from and confirming exact item numbers they were tagged with. We are moving household goods back into Toronto Canada and would use this team again! Would recommend this team to anyone in SWFL. Thanks again team.
All the operations were well organized and the employees were very polity and friendly.
[Employee], [employee] and [employee] were respectful and hard-working. The only issue was that they did not complete the full unpack service as paid.
The movers were awesome. The third party group with dismantling the TVs and the appliances were very fly by night though.
Moved from San Antonio, Texas to Portugal in April, 2018. Had a lot of expensive stereo equipment and giant screen new TV as well as important and irreplaceable personal items I was very concerned about.
Suddath was recommended by a friend of a friend, and having on other personal references decided to use them. Extremely glad I chose them. The obviously have vetted their subcontractors very carefully, as the shipping company that picked up my goods in Texas were very courteous and professional. I was currently updated on progress, always in a professional and courteous manner. The company in Portugal was efficient and very helpful making sure I had all my correct documents and kept me updated on my delivery date, which was delayed by the ship, not the fault of Suddath. The goods did arrive on the rescheduled date and were delivered by a Portuguese moving company whose driver spoke good English and was efficient, courteous and quick to get everything unpacked. I gave all 3 a nice tip for doing an excellent job.
A big move like this is very traumatic and worrisome. I feel Suddath exceeded my expectations which were pretty high.
I can highly recommend this company.
My mom is settling in very well and is happy to have all of her belongings. She has been working through her email too, but I know she has quite a few so please feel free to send me the survey to complete. Suddath did a great job and we would be happy to provide that feedback.
Just wanted to give a shout out to our great packing crew who worked with us today! Linda kept everything going, was on top of the inventory and packed like a champ! Rodney was the king of wrapping, still can't believe he wrapped our couch single handedly! Louisa efficiently packed box after box with a smile and a great sense of humor. My kitchen was in good hands with her! The amount of work these folks completed with such a positive work ethic was amazing! They deserve each and every exclamation point in this message!!!!!
The transfer went smoothly. Communication with Teresa in your office was timely and clear. The subcontractor who actually dropped off the goods came on time, was courteous, and fulfilled expectations. Thanks for the good work.
The men who collected it were extremely knowledgeable, competent and careful, and they listed everything they collected. All in all, I have been very happy with the whole process. It was a little nerve wracking at times, mainly because of concerns about the clock’s fragility and being of such sentimental value, I was worried about moving it. There were also some concerns on my part around possible customs issues, (they are a law unto themselves at times) which fortunately were unfounded. I would particularly like to thank you because you coordinated it all so effectively. Very many thanks, and best wishes. I shan’t hesitate to recommend you and your company should I come across anyone else needing such a service.
Everything went well with the move. All of our stuff has arrived. Jenna did a great job helping us through the whole process. We’ll definitely consider moving with Suddath next time we move. Best wishes.

All I will say, is that Suddath have set a very high bar for others to follow! You and your team did an excellent job from start to finish. Personable, polite, considerate and hard working. They could not have made it any easier for us! Thank you for your attentiveness and professionalism.
Suddath created my worst nightmare. Thousands of my personal items missing and broken. Family heirlooms and photos gone. Unaware of shipping requirements to Philippines. Paid $4,000 for customs searches in California and Philippines. Reported these issues and rather than consideration and insurance retribution their legal department who handle their insurance claims attacked me announcing the case is closed. I believe because they knew I was in The Philippines they took advantage. I would never consider this company. RUN
