Education benefits

The Richard H. Suddath Scholarship, the A. Quinn Bell Scholarship and the Barry S. Vaughn Scholarship were set up to honor these company leaders for their lasting contributions to our company, its culture and its future. These scholarships are available to the graduating high school senior children of our employees and van operators.

We also offer tuition assistance benefits for approved degree plans to help you with your own education goals.

On-the job training

Suddath employees have access to free training that grows their career opportunities. This online training includes customer service, business writing and help mastering software programs. Opportunities for personal growth and continued education are things we greatly value, encourage and invest in.

Flexible paid
time off

We treat our employees like family, so we know how important life at home is. A healthy balance between working in the office or on the road and enjoying time off with family and friends is something we strongly believe in. To help reach that balance, employees get seven holidays plus one floating day, and employees working more than 30 hours a week earn paid time off based on their length of service.
